My husband is currently deployed to afghanistan, do i need power of attorney to file joint taxes for us? - filing power of attorney
I know military receives a file extension, once returned to the States, but we have a little girl and we want to return until next year to receive. I have no power, but want to still make a joint tax return. Please help

If not give it a proxy, so that it can be so limited that you file your taxes and send ..... It is really the only way forward, before he did not .... at home, if you use a tax preparer is required, since he also signed.
