In Arizona, 100 APX 4, short sales actually close. This sentence is sad. As the owners tend to put an artificially low price of the house ... this is what you want. But the bank will not allow a sale at favorable prices. They want a "fair" price.
The bank also wants the seller a promissory note for the amount of "short-term sign." Only 1 in every 100 owner is willing to sign the change. If they refuse, you've wasted your time.
My guess is that you can not buy this house, even if you offer the full price. Since the "full" price is not really an award from the Bank made available. Discover what the bank has granted the approval and offers a lot. Otherwise, wait until the foreclosure and buy the house of the bank. It will therefore amount to short and there is no recognition of guilt ..
