We had decided on a black Labrador dog of 3 years and just buy a bulldog puppy. to play, but sometimes the cops are on his neck bites and saliva leaking brown spots on the skin all white and shiny. Is it possible that I can do something to fix it?

Aha! There are different kinds of whitening shampoos that you may see the situation in the shops, if not you can buy here:

You can use a shampoo blue (try what is actually a whitening shampoo), but I think it helps. Ask your veterinarian for powdered food placed in its Tetra bulldog. This should help.
